Whether you're a newly qualified solicitor with solid private client experience behind you, a more experienced solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or a seasoned Paralegal, this is a genuine opportunity to create your own future rather than fit into someone else's.
What's the opportunity?
You'll take ownership of the firm's Private Client offering, developing the department, building relationships, growing the client base and becoming the go-to person for all things Private Client. This isn't a role where you'll inherit layers of red tape or spend years waiting for progression. If you're commercially minded, entrepreneurial and keen to make your mark, you'll have the freedom and support to do exactly that.
You'll be involved in:
- Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate Planning
- Trusts (where applicable)
- Developing and growing the department
- Building relationships with clients and referrers
- Helping shape the future direction of the practice
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience handling Private Client matters
- Enjoy building relationships and winning work
- Are commercially aware and growth-focused
- Want more autonomy and responsibility
- Live in or around South Manchester or Cheshire
- Are excited by the prospect of building a department and creating something of your own
What's on offer?
- The opportunity to lead and grow a brand-new department
- Real autonomy and influence from day one
- Direct access to an experienced leadership team
- Excellent long-term career prospects
- A modern, entrepreneurial and supportive environment
This role would particularly suit someone who wants to move away from the traditional law firm hierarchy and join a business where their ideas, ambition and commercial drive will genuinely make a difference.
