Their clients range from high-net-worth individuals to SMEs, multinational and global corporations. They now wish to hire a Head of Department in their London or Herts office. Ideally, the candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE.
You will be a dynamic and personable individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work well and manage a team. You should enjoy working in a client-facing position and be able to develop rapport. Experience in training or mentoring juniors is advantageous.
The work is primarily commercial work on a B2B basis; from time to time there is some residential. Whilst we are looking for a Head of Department, this person must be prepared to get their hands dirty as well as develop, grow and lead a team.
