The successful candidate will be joining a department of 26 Lawyers and have a broad background in court of protection work, advising on all aspects of making decisions regarding the financial, health and welfare-related matters of individuals who are unable to make these decisions themselves due to mental incapacity and can provide representation in court proceedings.
We are looking to make at least two hires into the team and are willing to consider candidates of any PQE.
