I am hiring for our highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and full-time basis. The workload will be varied, but will be mainly focused on asset management and investment transactions. Experience of asset management, sales and acquisitions, lettings (including conditional agreements for lease with/without works) and financings is therefore desirable.
The successful candidate will benefit from good quality work, close client contact and the opportunity to broaden and develop their expertise in a supportive environment.
The role would involve working for the Partners, taking a lead role on transactions and working directly with key clients on a day-to-day basis. An important aspect of the position will be playing a long-term role in the Commercial Real Estate business sector teams and building relationships with clients.
As the candidate’s role evolves it will involve sharing responsibility for the supervision of trainees, paralegals and junior associates with the Partners and senior associates in the sub-team. In due course the candidate will take a lead role on transactions and be responsible for co-ordinating a wider team from other departments.
