A highly regarded regional law firm is looking for an ambitious senior Employment lawyer to take the lead on the next stage of growth of its Employment team.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity.
You'll inherit a strong flow of quality work, lead a small but growing team, and have the opportunity to shape the future direction of the practice.
Whether you're a Senior Associate looking for a clear route to progression or an existing Partner seeking the right platform, this role offers the scope to make a real impact.
A client following is not essential, as the work is already there.
Of course, bringing additional clients would be welcomed, but the key requirement is exceptional technical ability, commercial judgement and the drive to grow a successful practice.
The role offers a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including Employment Tribunal matters.
Advocacy experience would be a bonus, but it is not a requirement.
