The Opportunity
A highly regarded London-based law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor (3–6 PQE) to join its award-winning Family & Matrimonial team. This is a fantastic chance to work on a mix of high-net-worth financial remedy and complex children matters, alongside specialists recognised at the highest level in both Chambers and The Legal 500.
You’ll be supporting on complex, high-value cases while also running your own caseload across both private and public family law. The team is known for its collaborative ethos, supportive structure, and commitment to high-impact, often cutting-edge work.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a broad range of family matters, including high-net-worth divorce, matrimonial finance, and complex children cases.
- Running a caseload with appropriate supervision while assisting senior lawyers on high-value and cross-border matters.
- Engaging with international child abduction and relocation cases, surrogacy, fertility law, and public children law proceedings.
- Drafting, negotiating, and advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and domestic abuse cases.
- Actively contributing to business development initiatives and thought leadership.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 3–6 years’ PQE in family law (applications outside this range will be considered).
- Experience in high-net-worth financial remedy and/or complex children matters.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
- A genuine interest in developing both technical expertise and profile within family law.
