My client, a highly regarded multi-office Kent practice, is looking for a Childcare Solicitor/FILEX/Fee Earner to join their successful and established Childcare Team in line with their continued growth plans. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a keen interest in Childcare Law looking to expand and develop their practice in Public Childcare Law.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling Pre-Proceedings and Care Proceeding matters along with the technical skills and ability to initiate and take responsibility for their caseload and carry out their own advocacy. However, junior candidates looking to break into the Childcare area of law will be considered, and support and training will be provided. Although not a pre-requisite, being a member of the Children Panel or working towards membership would be advantageous.
