An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Enfranchisement and Property Litigation Lawyer to join the firm\’s specialist team. The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of high-quality work, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, right to manage claims, boundary disputes, and other contentious property matters.
You will be advising a diverse client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents, and leaseholders, and will have the opportunity to run your own caseload with appropriate support and supervision.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Solid experience in leasehold enfranchisement and contentious property matters
- Strong knowledge of the relevant legislation (Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, etc.)
- Confident in handling files autonomously with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation skills
- A client-focused, proactive, and commercially aware approach
