This elite offshore law firm is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer who is technically excellent with impeccable client management skills. Based in its Jersey office, you will be joining a team that advises a flagship client on a multitude of high-value corporate matters, enabling you to gain an in-depth knowledge of their business and to really focus on providing outstanding legal advice without the distraction of business development.
The work will be complex, high-value and varied, with a strong element of M&A so a proven track record of transaction management is essential. Requirements
- Admitted in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
- Likely to suit someone with 4+ years’ PQE. (All suitable applicants considered).
- Strong corporate/M&A or Funds experience with a recognised commercial law firm.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem solving skills.
