We are delighted to be partnering with a leading full-service commercial law firm in the Thames Valley, known for their dynamic and collaborative culture, to support the strategic hire of a Commercial Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) .

This is a superb opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 2 years’ post-qualification experience, who is keen to develop their career in a broad commercial role involving top-tier work, exceptional mentorship, and the chance to grow in a thriving, ambitious team.

💬 About the Role

Working as part of a highly respected and expanding Commercial team , you’ll gain exposure to a varied caseload including:

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Technology, software and IP licensing matters
• Non-contentious construction documentation (appointments, building contracts, warranties etc.)
• Data protection advice and compliance
• Corporate and banking support on transactional matters

You’ll work across sectors including technology, automotive, and construction , with clients ranging from international corporates to high-growth SMEs and scale-ups.

This firm also offers something rare – opportunities to work in-house on secondment (remote/flexible basis) for key clients or support their innovative in-house legal retainer model.

• NQ–2 PQE Solicitor (must have completed at least one Commercial seat)
• Strong interest in commercial, technology, and/or IP work
• Excellent client-handling skills and commercial awareness
