A leading Top 50 UK law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (Newly Qualified to 2 years’ PQE) to join their growing Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a high-calibre national practice, known for its work across real estate, development, and investment.
The Role:
You’ll work alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, including:
- Development projects – acting for developers, landowners, and investors on site acquisition, planning, and disposals
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals – supporting both portfolio and single-asset transactions
- Landlord and tenant matters – advising on leases, renewals, subletting, and property management issues
- Involvement in strategic land and regeneration schemes
You’ll be encouraged to take on early responsibility, manage client relationships, and develop your technical expertise across the full commercial property spectrum.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ–2 years’ PQE)
