Corporate Knowledge Lawyer / PSL – Cayman Islands
A leading offshore law firm is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to take on a lead role in knowledge management for its highly respected Cayman Islands practice.
You can expect a varied and wide-reaching workload spanning funds/asset management, banking & finance, and fintech, as well as mainstream corporate. You’ll be managing precedents, streamlining processes, implementing new tools, and generally ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to deliver consistently outstanding work. You’ll also be tasked with keeping abreast of key market and legal developments, delivering training internally and through client briefings.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a friendly, successful, and growing team in a role that will see you working closely with some of the island’s leading lawyers as well as with the wider international knowledge management team.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum 5 years’ PQE (for work permit reasons).
- Strong corporate transactional experience from a good commercial law firm; prior knowledge management experience would be great but is not essential.
- Non-Caymanian lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, New Zealand, Canada).
- Strong communicator with an ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
