Associate - Commercial Real Estate

• I am hiring for our highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and full-time basis.
• The workload will be varied, but will be mainly focused on asset management and investment transactions. Experience of asset management, sales and acquisitions, lettings (including conditional agreements for lease with/without works) and financings is therefore desirable.
• The successful candidate will benefit from good quality work, close client contact and the opportunity to broaden and develop their expertise in a supportive environment.
• The role would involve working for the Partners, taking a lead role on transactions and working directly with key clients on a day-to-day basis.
• An important aspect of the position will be playing a long-term role in the Commercial Real Estate business sector teams and building relationships with clients.
• As the candidate’s role evolves it will involve sharing responsibility for the supervision of trainees, paralegals and junior associates with the Partners and senior associates in the sub-team. In due course the candidate will take a lead role on transactions and be responsible for co-ordinating a wider team from other departments.
