The team advises a broad range of banks, lessors, financial institutions, airlines, leasing companies and corporate borrowers on complex, cross-border financing transactions. The practice is particularly recognised for its expertise in aviation finance, while also handling a diverse range of structured and asset-backed financing matters across multiple sectors. The Role You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a wide variety of sophisticated financing transactions, including: Aviation finance and leasing transactions, acting for lenders, lessors and airlines Cross-border secured and unsecured financing arrangements Operating leases, finance leases and sale-and-leaseback transactions Portfolio acquisitions, restructurings and asset-backed financings General corporate lending and structured finance matters involving high-value assets The role offers significant client exposure, responsibility from an early stage, and the opportunity to work on high-profile international transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Candidate Profile England strong candidates outside this range will be considered) Trained and qualified at a leading City, US or international law firm Strong asset finance experience, ideally with exposure to aviation finance and leasing transactions Excellent technical drafting and transactional skills Strong academic background Commercially minded, proactive and capable of managing workstreams with increasing autonomy Comfortable working directly with clients and international counterparties Why Apply?
