Commercial & Technology Solicitor / Associate
We are looking for a great lawyer to join our client’s renowned commercial & technology practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a highly professional team, advising and assisting on a wide variety of high quality, commercial and technology projects. The team is renowned for commercial and technology and is recognised for commercial, data protection and information technology in Legal 500 and Chambers.
The practice undertakes a very wide range of high-quality commercial contract, advisory, IT and digital business-related work.
All members of the team advise on technology and commercial contracts including competition, consumer law, data protection, and franchising matters.
The firm is active in all sectors, including a particular focus on insurance, life sciences, retail, franchising and technology.
You can expect to get involved in a huge range of work, with a fantastic client list which includes in-house legal teams, well-known brands, multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates as well as owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs.
The team (and the wider firm) has a significant focus on international work and much of what they do has a cross border dimension.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for strong team players with good inter-personal skills, good academics and high-quality experience.
Individuals who have a commercial approach and excellent technical, communication and negotiation skills.
The range of the work undertaken means we can accommodate a variety of experiences and aspirations: you might be a commercial lawyer or IT lawyer looking to continue this type of work, or a specialist competition or regulatory lawyer looking to broaden your practice to a wider variety of sectors or work types.
