We are now looking for an experienced and strategic Indirect Procurement Lead to join our team and take ownership of all indirect procurement activities across the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating all company indirect purchase requests
- Leading the end-to-end tendering process - from document preparation to contract award
- Supporting the onboarding and performance management of suppliers
- Managing the entire contract lifecycle: negotiation, execution, and compliance
- Implementing robust risk management strategies
- Conducting cost analysis to uncover savings opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, anti-bribery, and trade laws
- Playing a key role in our project delivery programme and supporting business-wide initiatives
- Analysing complex data, market trends, and risk factors to inform strategic procurement decisions
- Building long-term supplier relationships aligned with business goals and market dynamics
- Identifying and addressing procurement risks and inefficiencies with innovative, practical solutions
- Making well-informed, timely decisions balancing cost, quality, risk, and compliance
- Maintaining precision in contracts, audits, and regulatory processes
- Staying agile in response to shifting priorities, regulations, and market conditions
- Committing to continuous improvement and deep understanding of key spend categories, suppliers, and supply chains
