We're looking for Production Operatives to join our team at Origin's modern powder-coating facility in Bicester. There are a variety of roles across our production process, from preparing products for painting and working on our paint line, through to rolling, taping and finishing. You don't need to know how to do any of this already - we'll provide the training you need. Preparing orders - picking and preparing aluminium ready for production Pre-treatment & paint line - preparing and powder coating our aluminium products Quality checking - making sure our products meet the standards our customers expect Previous manufacturing experience is welcome, but it isn't essential.
