Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts - 6:00am-2:30pm | 2:45pm-11:15pm Are you an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor who enjoys leading people in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment? At Origin, we're looking for a proactive Distribution Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead a team, coordinate daily distribution activities, and help us maintain the exceptional service our customers expect. Leading, motivating and supporting the Distribution team to achieve daily targets. Carrying out quality checks to ensure products are free from damage or defects before loading. Coordinating the movement of products between our sites and preparing overseas shipments. Supporting drivers and customers with loading and collections when required. Monitoring stock locations and investigating any missing items. Carrying out team meetings, appraisals and supporting training and development. Experience within a warehouse, logistics, transport or distribution environment. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. A flexible, reliable and positive approach.
