As our Distribution Assistant Supervisor, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of our distribution operation. Working alongside the Distribution Supervisor, you'll help lead the team, ensure orders are prepared accurately, and deliver excellent service to our customers.

Rotating Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm | 2:45pm-11:15pm

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely loading vehicles and containers for UK and overseas deliveries.
  • Preparing, picking, packing, and checking customer orders to ensure they are accurate, complete, and free from damage.
  • Moving stock and materials between the factory units and ensuring products are stored in the correct locations.
  • Supporting drivers and customers with the collection and loading of orders.
  • Investigating and resolving missing items, loading issues, and stock discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate paperwork and communicating effectively with the office team.
  • Supporting the Distribution Supervisor with the day-to-day management of the team, including training, coaching, and leading in their absence.
  • Promoting safe working practices and helping maintain high health and safety standards.
  • Providing hands-on support across the department to help the team meet daily targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Assisting customers collecting products with locating and loading orders.
  • Investigating any missing items from load and checking original locations.
