Based at Keystone Environmental, we’re looking for a talented and creative Marketing Graphic Designer to join the Origin Environmental team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of engaging marketing materials and visual content across our group of seven environmental businesses, helping to strengthen our shared brand identity and communicate our purpose effectively.
This role would suit someone with a strong eye for design and a passion for turning ideas into visually compelling, professional materials. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to produce a wide range of collateral, both digital and print, that promotes our expertise and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a range of marketing materials including brand guidelines, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, digital ads, exhibition displays and internal communications assets.
- Ensure all design work is aligned with Origin Environmental brand guidelines while maintaining the individual brand of each business within the group.
- Assist in preparing award submissions, presentations, and case studies.
- Support content creation for websites and social media, including image selection, layout, and formatting.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple businesses to gather content and ideas for campaigns.
- Help maintain a central library of brand assets, imagery, and templates.
- Liaise with external suppliers including photographers, web developers and printers as required.
- Provide general marketing support for Habitats, Ecology and Arboriculture teams within Keystone Environmental.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Proven design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and consistency in visual output.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work independently.
- Good IT skills.
Desirable
- Graphic design and/or Marketing qualification
- Videography, photography or web development skills
