Today, with over 30 years of development, Oriental Merchant has established companies in Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan and Singapore, employing approximately 500 people across our operations globally.
We are seeking a Senior Manager in Strategic & M&A Management to drive APAC acquisitions, oversee integration, and provide strategic insights to support the Group’s long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee strategic and M&A initiatives from a corporate management perspective, ensuring alignment with the Group’s global objectives.
- Support integration of overseas acquisitions, including operational, financial, and governance coordination between the Group and acquired companies.
- Collaborate with investment teams, legal, finance, and operational departments to execute cross-border M&A projects efficiently.
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior management to optimize investment outcomes and business synergies.
- Establish and refine management processes for portfolio companies to ensure transparent, structured, and value-creating oversight.
- Master’s in business, Finance, Economics, or related fields;
- Experience in corporate management, strategic planning, or M&A integration; exposure to overseas transactions would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive post-merger integration in complex, multi-cultural environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a commercial and risk-aware mindset.
