Our client, a growing mid-market Infrastructure Asset Management Firm are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to aid their Executive Assistant.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company which will allow the right individual to grow within their role and the team! You will be carrying out the typical Personal Assistant duties, alongside some more complex, higher stake responsibilities, so an eagerness to learn and develop is crucial. You will be working closely in a team with the current EA; organising travel arrangements, managing complex diaries and building & maintaining stakeholder relationships.

We are looking for an upbeat candidate with a can do attitude who is willing to jump in with two feet first into a buzzing office role. This is an incredibly fast paced, high-pressure role, so prior experience is necessary. Ideally the perfect PA will:

  • Have 1-2 years prior experience working in a similar role (open to private PA experience)
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have prior experience supporting an Executive Assistant
  • Be highly organised with impeccable attention to detail.
