A fast-growing international education group is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to provide immediate, short-term support to a senior Admissions leader. This is a fully remote role, working 4-6 hours a day, supporting a European-based school, with an urgent start required. Candidate must be available immediately.
Key Virtual Assistant responsibilities:
- Managing a busy inbox, triaging prospective parent enquiries and drafting responses for approval
- Coordinating diaries and scheduling school visits, tours and taster days within set availability windows
- Handling general admissions correspondence, including confirmations and follow-ups
- Supporting with invoice processing and dispatch
- Providing ad hoc administrative and secretarial support as required
Ideal Virtual Assistant:
- Available immediately
- Has prior experience in PA/EA/school office/admissions role
- Exceptional written communication style and professional tone
- Highly organised, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrates discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Holds an Enhanced DBS check
- Italian speaker (preferred)
