We are on the hunt for an exceptional Office Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing team. This is a front-facing, energy-filled role at the heart of a buzzing HQ, where no two days are the same. Our client is a rapidly scaling company working with high-level clients across various industries. Their team is small, mighty, and seriously passionate about what they do. They have built a culture that’s professional without the corporate stiffness; think down-to-earth, supportive, and genuinely lovely humans.

The role: As Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the office, the first smile people see when they walk through the door and the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. You will juggle logistics, manage the day-to-day running of the space, and support both the team and clients with energy and care.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has top-tier front-of-house or high-end hospitality experience (silver service is a big plus!)
  • Is polished, friendly, and thrives under pressure
  • Takes pride in creating a beautiful, well-run space
  • Is flexible and willing to roll up their sleeves — sometimes outside the 9–5
  • Loves people, systems, and making things happen
  • Has a can-do attitude and is keen to grow with us
  • Has prior office management experience ideally within hospitality

What you will get:

  • A super supportive, collaborative team
  • A role that’s central to the business and truly valued
  • The chance to go permanent if it’s the right fit
  • A genuinely great culture — social, kind and full of personality

We are looking for someone to start immediately on a temporary basis and there could be the potential to go permanent. This is a 5-day-a-week onsite role in our London office. If you are passionate about what you do, love being the face of a company, and are ready to dive into something special — we would love to hear from you.
