An UHNWI family is seeking an experienced, highly organised Private Personal Assistant & House Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of their private household while providing comprehensive personal and administrative support. This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring a discreet, proactive, and adaptable individual who can seamlessly manage a wide range of responsibilities including diary and travel coordination, financial administration, staff management, property oversight, and lifestyle support. Working from their home office in Virginia Water, 5 days a week.Â

Key Duties for the Private PA

- Complex diary and appointment scheduling for principal and family membersÂ
- Booking of private medical and specialist appointments; handling private health insurance claimsÂ
- Liaising with payroll accountant regarding salary details and payslip preparationÂ
- Preparing and organising financial documentation for annual tax returnsÂ
- Booking and organising travel and holiday arrangements (flights, transfers, accommodation, itineraries)Â
- Organising social and entertainment bookings (e.g. concerts, theatre, dining)Â
- Supporting extended family members with ad-hoc requestsÂ
- Extensive Document Filing and Management
- Daily oversight of all household operations and staffÂ
- Supervision and coordination of live-in housekeeping coupleÂ
- Managing all insurances (property, car, pet), including renewals and claimsÂ
- Liaising with contractors and tradespeople for maintenance and home improvement projectsÂ
- Budget tracking and financial record-keeping for household operations
- Running errands including pharmacy runs, light shopping, parcel returnsÂ
- Coordinating pet care including routine vet visits and general welfareÂ
- Planning and supporting seasonal tasks (e.g. Christmas menu arrangements, gift shopping and wrapping)
