We are looking to hire a recruitment consultant to join our team at Oriel Partners!

Oriel Partners is a boutique PA and administrative recruitment consultancy based in Central London. We are a dynamic team, and we are very proud of our exceptional reputation and the high-quality, personal service we provide to both clients and candidates alike. We are looking for a motivated, proactive Consultant to join our team, who brings with them client management experience and who is looking to work in a fast paced, commission lead environment. No two days will be the same, and the successful candidate must be confident liaising at a high level, building trust and maintaining discretion at all times.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Screening CVs and conducting interviews
  • Meeting clients and briefing on requirements
  • Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
  • Managing the full interview process
  • Negotiating offers and supporting with resignations
  • Posting roles on job boards
  • Gathering interview feedback and supporting candidate care

Core hours: 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday (hybrid working)
