Key Duties for the Office Coordinator:
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Provide support to the day-to-day management of the office
- Managing all meeting rooms
- Liaison with the building's contractors, suppliers, managers and cleaners
- Supporting the wider team, including management of team diaries and supporting with correspondence
