A global investment firm based in the heart of Mayfair is seeking a confident, polished, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of their business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist who genuinely enjoys front‑of‑house responsibilities and takes pride in delivering a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors. Based in brand new offices, you’ll be client‑facing and play a key role in creating a strong first impression, so we\’re looking for someone switched on, articulate, and service‑driven.
As Receptionist, your typical duties will include phone management, welcoming guests, preparing meeting rooms, handling post and deliveries, booking couriers, maintaining office supplies, and supporting the wider team with ad‑hoc admin. You’ll also be responsible for overseeing meeting room schedules and ensuring the reception area is always presented to the highest standard. There may also be some EA/PA support for the CFO.
This Receptionist role is fully office‑based, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Benefits include 25 days’ annual leave, private healthcare, pension, and a discretionary bonus.
