We’re looking for a practical and organised project administrator to assist one of our clients in rolling out a new IT system that will make their delivery and contracting processes run more smoothly. As the project administrator, you will assist in moving their current project information onto the new system and make sure everything is clear, accurate, and easy to follow.
What you’ll be doing:
- Entering and organising project details in the new system.
- Checking information is complete and makes sense.
- Asking team members and liaising with contractors/suppliers for any missing details.
- Helping us keep everything tidy and consistent as we switch over.
- Providing general project support where needed.
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years’ experience in a project support or admin role.
- Comfortable using online tools and systems.
- Good with detail and happy working through information methodically.
- Confident speaking to different people to gather or clarify information.
- Someone who’s organised, reliable, and quick to pick things up.
