A truly unique opportunity has arisen to work at the heart of one of the country's most successfully diverse family estates in the vital role of private PA for the family whilst having involvement in their rural enterprises. You will be thoroughly entwined with the seated family's personal work, bringing together your love of the countryside and rural affairs and the sharp end of the commercial world. This is a role with enormous breadth from private work for the Principal and family, to receiving visitors to the Estate office to managing fundraising events and the associated administration; the one consistency is the weight of the workload which never lets up!
Every day is busy and varied with duties including:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the Estate office
- Dealing with a heavy administrative load
- Arranging personal travel itineraries
- Ability to work effectively in a small team
- Switching tasks seamlessly, as priorities alter
Personal qualities will include:
- Happy to be the face of the Estate office
- Comfortable with mix of personal work and estate office duties
- Ability to turn your hand to all things at a moment's notice
