Are you a highly motivated, self-sufficient PA with a passion for luxury fashion? A unique opportunity has arisen to join a small, dynamic private office supporting a high-profile Principal in the luxury fashion industry.

About the Role

This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced role requiring a proactive and polished Private PA who thrives in a non-corporate, creative environment. You’ll be the right hand to a Principal deeply involved in high-level fashion projects and global partnerships, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full private and business PA support to the Principal
  • Extensive travel coordination and logistics (Asia, US, Europe)
  • Calendar and diary management across time zones
  • Organising samples, shipments, and fashion-related logistics
  • Liaising with high-profile individuals and celebrities with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting fashion calendar events and industry engagements
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
  • Problem-solving and anticipating needs before they arise

About You

  • Previous experience as a PA in luxury fashion or a high-end brand is essential.
  • Understanding of the luxury fashion industry and calendar.
  • Unflappable, discreet, and confident around high-profile individuals.
  • Exceptionally organised with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Able to work independently and take full ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fluid, fast-moving environment without rigid structure.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently or work flexibly to mirror the Principal’s schedule.
