We are seeking an experienced Part-time Private Personal Assistant to support a busy French family living in West Central London.

Working approximately 20 hours per week, spread across the week depending on the family’s needs, with Monday and Friday usually included. This is a remote-first role, typically requiring a weekly one-hour in-person catch-up at the family home (parking available), but with flexibility to visit the home at other times as needed, so you do need to be an easy commute away from West Central London.

You will be assisting a couple with three children (aged between 12 and 18) and a dog, who also have a nanny and housekeeper to help keep their daily lives running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have solid Private PA experience demonstrating good longevity in their roles, be professional, loyal, discreet and confident supporting demanding individuals with high expectations, and bring a calm, efficient and resilient approach to a private household environment. Gravitas, excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills are essential.

A French speaker would be a significant bonus, though not essential.

A great opportunity for a Private PA seeking a long term, trusted working relationship with a flexible approach.

We appreciate all applications, but are unable to respond individually due to the high volume of applications that we receive.
