A well-known and respected design studio is looking for a warm, organised Office Manager to join the team on a part-time basis. Working Tuesday to Thursday, 8.30am–5.00pm, this is a varied and people-focused role in a creative environment.
This Office Manager position acts as Front of House, welcoming all visitors, meeting and greeting clients, and liaising closely with the Heal’s Reception team downstairs. Alongside this, office management duties are intentionally light touch and include ordering food and office supplies, troubleshooting basics such as WiFi and printers, and generally ensuring the studio runs smoothly day to day.
The Office Manager will also support the HR team by helping to set up and assist with regular team events, contributing to a positive team culture. The studio has a young, open-minded, friendly and easy-going vibe, and the Office Manager will play an important role in helping maintain this atmosphere. General wellness and looking after staff wellbeing is a high priority here.
This role is open to entry-level candidates as well as those who already have another part-time role. It may particularly suit actresses, artists, or anyone with a side hustle who is looking for reliable, regular monthly income.
