Job Description
We have a wonderful opportunity for a professional Executive Assistant to join an innovative technology firm. This is a part time role which offers hybrid working and flexibility. In return, this company expect not only first-class business support but high performance levels, passion and integrity.
This will be an ongoing temporary role with a view to go permanent down the line. It is part time 25-30 hours per week. They would like someone to grow and develop with the company which is in its early stages.
Duties include:
- Right hand business support to a talented President who is in search of someone to bounce ideas off.
- Provide high level executive support and prioritize where necessary.
- Coordinate events.
- Organise complex travel itineraries.
- Assist and support the wider team where required.

- Prior experience working across multiple time zones.
