We are a seeking a PA to support a HNW art dealer and musician (1 individual) in a 50/50 business and private capacity.
Based 5 days a week from a well established art gallery in Mayfair, working alongside approximately 7 other gallery staff, as PA you will support the principal with both his art and music businesses as well as provide private support to him and his family.
Typical PA duties will include diary management and scheduling, travel arrangement, assisting with events and research, booking personal appointments, managing domestic matters, such as organising tradestaff and maintenance, dealing with bills and invoices, personal shopping, procurement and gifting.
The role would suita positive, solutions focused, flexible, adaptable and discreet PA with a good sense of humour and an interest in art (and music), who is comfortable with a constantly changing schedule and enjoys working in a small office with a family feel.
