We are working on a really lovely Business and Private Personal Assistant / EA role, supporting the owner of a Private Equity company based in the heart of central London. This is a newly created Personal Assistant position and the Personal Assistant / EA role provides hybrid working. The successful Personal Assistant will be required to travel to the Principle’s home in southern England and to Europe (when required).We are ideally looking for a Spanish speaker with a driving licence.Business Personal Assistant duties:• Diary management• Arranging travel, hotels and transfers• Handling itineraries• Scheduling meetings• Being the first point of contact• Inbox management• Providing a warm welcome to guests in the office• Arranging events• Assisting with marketing and social media platforms• Writing content• Collating news stories• Basic administration• Ordering office supplies• Answering phone calls• Providing cover for others if required Private Personal Assistant / EA duties:• Managing multiple homes in South West England, London and Spain • Coordinating with household staff and arranging maintenance and repairs• Running personal errands• Liaising with family members• Research and booking holidays• Paying utilities and other bills• Assisting with financial management Personal Assistant / EA / PA Skills & Requirements:• Spanish speaker preferable• UK Driving licence• Confidence• Positive and enthusiastic mindset• Intelligence• Natural problem solver• Time management skills• The ability to prioritise and forward plan• Strong administrative skills• Ability to remain calm under pressure• A team player• Flexibility to work outside of office hours if required Excellent benefit package
