Mat Contract - Music Agency Soho, Central London

Up to £50,000 (Depending on experience)

4:1 (Fridays WFH)

On behalf of our client who is a leading agency in the music industry, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join them on a 9–12-month maternity cover contract. This role is central to the company’s smooth day-to-day operations, overseeing all internal systems and software, driving and overseeing operational workflows and processes, executing low- to high-level administration, and coordinating client and supplier contracts. You will be based in their Soho office and Fridays WFH.

Key Duties for the Operations Manager:

  • Systems, Tools & Process Ownership
  • Data Quality, Reporting & Controls
  • Finance Process Support
  • Contracts, Legal & Third-Party Coordination
  • Operational Team Support & Workflow Adoption

You will support the day-to-day running of their internal systems and software stack. Act as a bridge between all departments to improve communication, reduce duplication, and prevent operational errors.

The Ideal Operations Manager:

  • Strong technical skills and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, competent, conscientious, and accurate.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com.
  • Experience supporting a range of contracts and supplier agreements.
  • Experience with expense tools and financial process support.
  • People management experience.
