Contract - Operations Manager - Music Agency
Soho, Central London
Up to £50,000 (Depending on experience)
4:1 (Fridays WFH)
On behalf of our client who is a leading agency in the music industry, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join them on a 9–12-month maternity cover contract. This role is central to the company’s smooth day-to-day operations, overseeing all internal systems and software, driving and overseeing operational workflows and processes, executing low- to high-level administration, and coordinating client and supplier contracts. You will be based in their Soho office and Fridays WFH.
Key Duties for the Operations Manager:
- Systems, Tools & Process Ownership
- Data Quality, Reporting & Controls
- Finance Process Support
- Contracts, Legal & Third-Party Coordination
- Operational Team Support & Workflow Adoption
- You will support the day-to-day running of their internal systems and software stack
- Act as a bridge between all departments to improve communication, reduce duplication, and prevent operational errors.
The Ideal Operations Manager:
- Strong technical skills and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
- Extremely detail-oriented, competent, conscientious, and accurate.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Monday.com
- Experience supporting a range of contracts and supplier agreements.
- Experience with expense tools and financial process support
- People management experience
