A high-growth fintech firm with a dynamic, fast-paced environment is seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to become an integral part of a dynamic, collaborative and social team.

In this varied Office Manager role, you will oversee day-to-day office operations while also providing support across HR and recruitment activities. The position requires excellent multitasking skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach to ensure the smooth running of operations across the business. As the Office Manager, you will also have the opportunity to take ownership of key projects and make a real impact. The firm offers a collaborative, non-hierarchical culture where employees are genuinely valued and supported, alongside a brilliant social side and excellent benefits.
