We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Business/Office Manager to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of two tech businesses which have merged and are growing rapidly.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, as Business/Office Manager you’ll act as a central coordination point across finance, HR, administration and operations, helping ensure both organisations run in a structured, efficient and well‑governed way. This is a hands‑on, generalist role suited to someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and making things work efficiently behind the scenes.

Initially, your focus will be on managing core operational responsibilities within one business, covering finance administration, payroll coordination, HR processes, supplier management and corporate governance. You’ll ensure key systems, records, contracts and renewals are well maintained, support regulatory and compliance activity, and keep internal processes organised and up to date. As some responsibilities are outsourced, the role will evolve to support both businesses.

You’ll also provide broad business support across finance operations, HR administration, data quality and internal systems. This includes assisting with month‑end processes, onboarding and off‑boarding, vendor coordination, hiring operations and cross‑business projects, while supporting senior leadership with planning, reporting and internal initiatives. Strong attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

The ideal candidate for this Business/Office Manager role will have experience in business operations, office or administrative management, with a solid understanding of finance administration and HR processes. You’ll be highly organised, discreet and reliable, comfortable working with ambiguity and motivated by building structure and improving processes. If you enjoy working closely with leadership, taking ownership and playing a key role in the operational heartbeat of a business, do apply for this Business/Office Manager role today!

We appreciate every application but are unable to respond to every application due to the high volume of applications that we receive.
