We are seeking a polished and proactive Office Assistant to provide front-of-house cover for a prestigious wealth management family office based in Soho. You will be responsible for independently managing reception, welcoming visitors, setting up and clearing meeting rooms, preparing refreshments (including barista-style coffee), maintaining kitchen stock, and ensuring the office is presented to an exceptional standard.
Dates required: Tuesday 21st β Friday 24th July (9am - 6pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Office Manager in all office management and FOH activities
- Independently manage the front desk and greet visitors professionally
- Set up, clear and reset meeting rooms throughout the day
- Prepare refreshments, including barista-style coffees
- Manage kitchen stock and keep communal areas well presented
- Support with general office administration, post and courier coordination
- Ensure the office floor is maintained to an exceptional standard
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous reception, front-of-house or office support experience
- Barista knowledge/experience using an espresso coffee machine
- Confident managing a busy reception desk independently
- Strong ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Polite, personable and highly organised
- Polished appearance
- Must have knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Available to work Tuesday 21st β Friday 24th July
