We are seeking an experienced, thoughtful and grounded Executive Assistant to provide maternity cover, supporting the Founder/CEO (and wider leadership team when capacity allows) of a growing educational foundation/platform. This is a hands-on and strategic role ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and alignment across the organisation.
You will manage diaries, correspondence, and logistics with care and discretion, while co-ordinating meetings, events, and special projects with an efficient and proactive approach.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, with at least 5 yearsβ experience supporting senior leaders to C Suite level, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
