Key Duties for the Office Coordinator:

  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Provide support to the day-to-day management of the office
  • Managing all meeting rooms
  • Liaison with the building's contractors, suppliers, managers and cleaners
  • Supporting the wider team, including management of team diaries and supporting with correspondence

The Ideal Office Coordinator:

  • Well presented and professional
