Our client, a busy Estate Agent based in NW10, is looking for an experienced Property Management Assistant to provide short-term support while a member of their property management team is away. This is a hands-on administrative role, ideal for someone who has previously worked within an estate agency in a property management capacity and is confident handling property management administration independently. This role is for immediate start, working Monday to Friday 9-5pm in their office in Neasden.
Key Property Manager Duties:
- Working through a backlog of emails and responding to or actioning queries
- Organising and coordinating maintenance and repair jobs
- Liaising with contractors, arranging works and chasing progress
- Following up on outstanding rent payments
- Chasing tenancy renewals
- General property management administration and ad hoc support
About You
You must have previous experience working in an estate agency, ideally in a property management and administration capacity. The ideal Property Manager will be:
