Our client is an entrepreneurial, fast-moving, boutique financial services firm, seeking a highly organised and proactive PA and Office Manager to support the CEO and keep the office and team running smoothly. This hybrid, full-time PA and Office Manager role combines executive support (inbox and diary management, meeting coordination, travel and admin) with office management and team support (suppliers, facilities, front-of-house, and team logistics). Fridays can be WFH, subject to business needs.
We are looking for a candidate with proven previous PA/EA or Office Manager experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent organisational skills, high discretion, and a professional, service-oriented approach.
