We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Assistant to provide temporary cover during a current team member's sabbatical period for a Private Investment Management Firm. This is a part-time assignment, running from 17 August to 2 September, Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am-5:30pm.
The successful Team Assistant will provide administrative support to a busy team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Meeting coordination
- Travel arrangements
- Document preparation
- Inbox management
- General team support
Candidates should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced professional environment and must be available immediately.
