We are seeking an experienced part-time EA to support the Chairman/Founder and 3 Directors of a compliance consultancy business for the built-environment. Supporting 20 hours a week - ideally 1 day based from the office in West London (on a Thursday preferably) and 1 day remote, duties are broad and will include:
- PA duties for Directors - diary management, booking meeting rooms, restaurants, other venues, etc.
- Serviced Offices/Landlord liaison/Facilities Management.
- HR Admin – eg. holidays/absence records via HR Partner, onboarding of new staff and sub consultants.
- Information Technology - liaison with sub consultant external IT support team on both software and hardware matters.
- Company Equipment - issue and return, maintenance of records.
- Insurance admin support.
- QA/ISO admin support.
- Company cars (2) - admin support and liaison with leasing companies.
- Events Management.
- Corporate Governance admin and support - eg company registrations, liaison with banks and other institutions.
- Continuing Professional Development for team members - organisation and admin thereof.
- Liaison with Suppliers and Clients as required.
The ideal candidate will have solid business EA support experience to Director level, a calm and proactive approach, discretion, excellent problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail, be good at juggling multiple plates and prioritising. You will be joining a friendly organisation with great exposure to business operations.
