A successful, fast-growing international political research and strategy consultancy with offices in the UK and US is seeking a bright and enthusiastic PA to join their growing team. Founded over 5 years ago by 2 senior public opinion specialists, political advisors and pollsters with deep experience at the heart of government and political strategy, the business has expanded rapidly, with teams now based in Central London and New York. Despite this growth, the culture remains close-knit and collaborative.

This permanent Personal Assistant role will assist senior leadership across both regions, focused on supporting the 2 x Co-Founders and a Senior Director. Key duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel coordination
  • General admin support
  • Light financial support
  • Help with office management and team events

Flexibility to work across UK and US hours is essential (with core hours from 11 am to 7 pm ideally), as is prior PA experience in a fast-paced environment.
