Our client, a fast-growing tech firm based in East London, is looking for an exceptional PA to support their Founder/CEO - a dynamic, high-energy and hugely entrepreneurial individual.

This is not a traditional PA role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and genuinely enjoys operating at the heart of a busy founder-led business. The successful PA will be highly adaptable, proactive and calm under pressure, with the ability to keep up with last-minute changes, shifting priorities and the organised chaos that naturally comes with a scaling start-up.

Acting as a true right-hand to the Founder, this PA role will involve a combination of business and private support, requiring someone who is resourceful, hands-on and not afraid to roll up their sleeves wherever needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hard-working PA who enjoys being fully immersed in a business and wants to make a genuine impact.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly organised and naturally proactive
  • Resilient, adaptable and quick-thinking
  • Energetic, personable and confident managing competing priorities
  • Comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity
  • Happy to take ownership and get stuck in across all areas of the business
  • Experienced supporting senior executives or founders within fast-paced environments
  • Well-connected and up to date with new restaurant openings, events etc.
  • Have excellent taste and judgement when it comes to travel, dining and client-facing experiences

Hybrid working, to mirror the CEO, with opportunity to WFH when they are travelling. Our client offers a collaborative and ambitious culture, excellent exposure, strong career growth potential and the opportunity to work closely with an inspiring Founder. Generous benefits package.
