We’re working with a dynamic, membership-based leisure business operating across two central London venues. Offering a premium, tech-enabled client experience, they are looking for a reliable Operations Assistant to provide ad-hoc, on-site support.
This role will be on a flexible, ad-hoc basis, so would suit someone with availability who can step in as needed.
The Operations Assistant role:
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring the studios run smoothly during client sessions. This includes opening the space, welcoming members, helping set up sessions, assisting with basic troubleshooting of equipment, and generally overseeing the environment to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.
Ideal Operations Assistant:
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly approach
- Previous experience in a client-facing or hospitality role
- Highly reliable, adaptable, and happy to muck in where needed
- Comfortable with basic tech and troubleshooting
